Ingredients
- 140 g Sugar
- 4 pieces Pandan leaves
- 300 g Water chesnut (chopped in cubes)
- 30 g STAR BRAND Potato Starch
- 1300 ml Water
Cooking Method
- Boil sugar with water and add pandan leaves.
- Add water chestnut and boil for 5 minutes under medium heat.
- Dissolve potato starch in little water and then add into the mixture. Stir well. Continue boiling for 5 minutes.
- Serve as a warm dessert.
