Ingredients
- 20 g STAR BRAND Agar-Agar
- 1500 ml Water
- 150 g STAR BRAND Jaggery Powder
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 5 pieces Pandanus leaves
- 1 Egg
- 200 ml Coconut milk
Cooking Method
- Boil water with pandan leaves. Add jaggery powder and sugar boil for 5 minutes.
- Add agar-agar and cook under low heat until agar-agar is fully dissolved.
- Add egg to coconut milk, stir well & strain. Then add in the mixture to agar-agar. Bring the mixture to boil.
- Pour agar-agar into mould and set aside to cool before chill in refrigerator.
- Serve as cold dessert.
