Ingredients
- 70 g STAR BRAND Green Bean Starch
- 900 ml Water
- 120 g Caster sugar
Cooking Method
- Dissolve green bean starch in water. Add caster sugar.
- Stir mixture over low heat until it bubbles and thickens.
- Pour into desire mould or 8 inch round mould and chill in refrigerator.
- Serve cold.
- Optional: Add yellow colouring into mixture before cooking.
