Ingredients
- 4 tbsp STAR BRAND Custard Powder
- 250 ml Water
- 200 ml Evaporated milk
- 3 tbsp Caster sugar
Cooking Method
- Mix custard powder with water, stir well and strain.
- Add in evaporated milk and caster sugar, stir under medium heat until it thickens.
- Pour into mould and set aside to cool before chill in refrigerator.
- Serve as a cold dessert.
