Ingredients
- 100 g STAR BRAND Corn Stach
- 1000 ml Water
- 200 ml Evaporated milk
- 4 Egg yolks
- 2 tbsp Caster sugar
Cooking Method
- Mix all ingredients together, stir well and strain.
- Cook the mixed ingredients under low heat until it thickens.
- Pour into mould and set aside to cool before chill in refrigerator.
- Serve cold with honey or brown sugar syrup.
