Cold Capellini Pasta

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp Laleli Virgin Olive Oil
  • 100 g capellini or spaghetti no.1
  • 2 units soaked mushroom
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp dashi
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Cooking Method

  • Bring a pot of water to boil with a large pinch of salt.
  • Drop capellini and cook for 3 ½ minutes.
  • While waiting, mix together all the other ingredients.
  • Once the capellini is ready, sift the pasta and drop it straight into the dressing.
  • Mix well and serve with your preferred topping.
