Ingredients
- 20 g STAR BRAND Agar-Agar
- 1900 ml Water
- 150 g STAR BRAND Jaggery Powder
- 50 g Sugar
- 2 pieces Pandan leaves
Cooking Method
- Boil water with pandan leaves for 5 minutes.
- Add jaggery powder and sugar to boiling water. Stir well for 1 minute.
- Add agar-agar and cook under low heat. Stir well for 20 minutes.
- Pour into mould and set aside to cool before chill in refrigerator.
- Serve as a cold dessert.
